DESCRIPTION

• Key Partner Account Manager - Building strong relationships with key partners and ensuring client satisfaction. Managing the day to day of builder/designer/stockist accounts.
• New Customer Acquisitions - Building systems and implementing procedures to find and acquire new business. From key partners to builder accounts. Working towards targets on a monthly basis.
• Sales - Working as a part of our enthusiastic sales team in the design studio. Serving walk-in customers in the showroom, taking bookings for builder’s clients, phone consults and web enquiries. Working towards monthly targets. Reporting on sales to management. Continued professional development and working with designers to implement new products into sales processes.

THE PERFECT FIT

• Have a passion for Interior Design with experience in customer relationship management and consultation.
• Have proven success in sales and building relationships with your clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Administrative skills
• Tile and Bathroomware product knowledge and design qualifications are an advantage for this position and would be favoured.
• Have a vision and drive for personal and professional growth.
• Works efficiently and effectively towards set targets.
• Works well under pressure and has the ability to be self-managed and to work autonomously.
• A team player who looks to better the company as whole each day.
