To get your order to you, as fast as possible, Tile and Bath Co commences your order processing immediately after confirmation. Because of the immediate ordering system, the team at Tile and Bath Co recommend that you choose carefully when purchasing our products as refunds cannot be given after an order has been placed for change of mind.
To help you order the right products, we encourage you the purchaser, to consider either calling our store, booking an appointment with our In-house Interior Designers, or ordering a Sample Box to help you with making the right choices before purchasing the product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a return and exchange you must be the full paying customer. If you did not purchase the tiles or accessories, you will not be eligible.
Tile and Bath Co's return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
Tile and Bath Co, will accept returns for an exchange only, within 30 days of Order Confirmation. Although, this does not include any orders involving- Tiles of Ezra, Ezarri Mosaics, Bisazza, Davco, Sika, Aqua Mix, or Marquis. Partial returns, spares, leftover or damaged tiles and accessories will not be accepted for return and exchanged either.
You the purchaser, must contact Tile and Bath Co within 30 days of order confirmation if you're seeking to receive a Return and Exchange. We will ask you to provide your receipt, imagery and reasoning to your return as tiles and accessories that have been damaged will not be accepted for return. Once you have contacted Tile and Bath Co and we have received and accepted your return claim, it is your responsibility to arrange return shipping to Tile and Bath Co's Sydney Warehouse- 3/135 Russell Street, Emu Plains 2750 NSW. Tile and Bath Co takes no responsibility to arrange return shipping of your product.
Please note that there is a 35% re-stocking fee on any exchange.
