Each tile should be measured separately which we have outlined below:

FLOOR: When measuring a bathroom floor, you should measure the length and the width of the room. You will then multiply the length and width and add 10%. This 10% covers any offcuts or breakages of tiles.

Example: if the room is 2100mm X 2400mm then it would look like this:

2.1 x 2.4 = 5.04 metres square
+ 10% (0.5) = 5.54 metres square

WALLS: Measure the length of the wall and then measure from the floor up to the height to which you would like your tiles to finish. Multiply the length with the height and then add 10%.

Example: Length of the wall: 2400mm and the height is 2400mm then it would look like this:

2.4 x 2.4 = 5.76 metres square
+ 10% (0.57) = 6.33 metres square

This process can be repeated for all other walls to be tiled in your bathroom. Once all walls have been measured you can add all the totals together to give you the total area. Your windows and door can be taken out of the total.

Allow 1 bag of tile glue for every 4MSQ to be tiled. Please contact us for advice on which glues would be suitable for your project.

We will send a dispatch notification email or SMS advising of expected delivery date.

If you have any special delivery requests, we ask that you contact our team to discuss delivery as some requests may incur additional freight charges.

Some special instructions may be:

• I have a long driveway please enter our property and deliver close to the house.

• Our street has tight access.

• Our house is a new build (in this case please advise us of gate codes or a safe location to leave your purchases)

Tiles: To ensure your order is processed efficiently and arrives safely, your tile boxes are packaged onto a skid or pallet depending on the quantity of tiles ordered. They are then both wrapped and strapped onto the skid or pallet, with your packing slip and receipt. Please note, all tile orders will be left in an appropriate area:

- Nature Strip / Verge

- Driveway

- Carport / Garage

We ask if you have any special delivery requests please notify us in the delivery instructions area on the checkout page. Our courier drives cannot unwrap orders and bring them into your home.


Tapware and Accessories: To ensure your order is processed efficiently and arrives safely, tapware and accessory boxes are packaged into either a box or skid depending on the quantity and weight or pieces ordered. They are then both wrapped with your packing slip and receipt. Please note, all tapware and accessory orders will be left in an appropriate area:

- Nature Strip / Verge

- Driveway

- Carport / Garage

- Front Door / Porch

We ask if you have any special delivery requests please notify us in the delivery instructions area on the checkout page. Our courier drives cannot unwrap orders and bring them into your home.

Returns

We recommend to keep your tiles just incase! Tile and Bath Co does not accept returned tiles as we cannot guarantee the tiles are not damaged.

If you have had a change of mind, we do not offer any refund on returns. We can exchange for a different product. Once payment is made for new products and the original order has been returned and checked for damages, we will process your refund.

A 35% restocking fee will be charged as well as an additional $75.00 in freight costs will be charged to your balance. This will be payable before items are returned. For all tapware and accessories, the same policy applies. Freight costs will be calculated depending on the product to be returned.

(A) All tiles should be inspected for faults prior to installation. Once tiles have been installed, we do not take any responsibility for faults and cannot warrant.
